Who are we?
Brother Ray are a Live Entertainment Band made up of musicians from across South Wales. We can be contacted via the website, or on 07731357952.

Email addresses
At Brother Ray we respect the privacy of personal information. We will not send you unwanted e-mail messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to ANY organisation beyond Brother Ray without your explicit permission.
However, we will use e-mail/contact number provided to send you messages about booking. We may also use e-mail to keep you up to date with news about our services, as well as anything you show an interest in, either online, or through other contact with us. If you do not want to be kept informed in this way by e-mail, please let us know.
Disclosure of information
We will only ever collect and store data specifically sent to us with regards to your wedding, enquiry or event. We do not mass mail, sell data, share data or in any other way allow access to any third party.
We do not use cookies.
What do we do with the information we collect?
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- If you have booked entertainment via Brother Ray, your event details and personal information will be passed to the performer(s) you have booked. This is solely for the performer to contact you regarding your event and will not be used for marketing purposes privately by the performer.
- We may periodically send promotional emails about services which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, but only if you have made an enquiry with us, and only if you have not opted out of receiving promotional emails.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity. When you have entered into a contract with us, we will hold you data securely for 6 years to help support our financial reporting requirement.

Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily.
